Mitsubishi Announces Efficient Future Global Small Car For St Louis Drivers

Mitsubishi’s Eco-car project to begin in 2012 according to Kirkwood Mitsubishi, who is excited about the idea of bringing a global small car to St Louis drivers in 2013.

Offering the first peek at a car it intends to sell worldwide, Mitsubishi has released sketches of a vehicle it will start building sometime in March 2012 at a new facility now under construction in Thailand. Currently dubbed “global small,” this new front-drive model will be built on an entirely new platform and powered by engines having from 1.0 to 1.2 liters of displacement.
